• Sermon drafts and manuscripts

• Your edits and reflections on generated content

Technical Data

• Browser type and device information
• IP address and general location
• Usage patterns and feature interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Personalize AI generation - Your theological influences, writing style, and preferences shape how the AI generates content for you
• Provide the Service - Store your sermons, track your progress, and maintain your account
• Improve the Service - Understand how users interact with features to make Power Pastor better
• Communicate with you - Send service updates, respond to support requests, and notify you of new features

3. Data Protection

We take the security of your ministry data seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Your data is stored on secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Supabase)
• Access controls ensure only you can see your content
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide Power Pastor:

• Supabase - Database and authentication (your data is stored here)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) - AI generation (your prompts and context are sent to generate content)
• Google - OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)
• Vercel - Application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We have selected providers with strong privacy and security practices.

5. AI and Your Data

When generating content, we send relevant context to our AI provider (Anthropic). This includes:

• Your theological preferences and influences
• Your writing style indicators
• The biblical text you are working with
• Your reflections and notes

Anthropic does not use data from API requests to train their models. Your ministry content is processed to generate your sermon and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the immediate request.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your content
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children

Power Pastor is designed for adult ministry professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
